Giggin’ & Swiggin’
American light pilsner recipe. Also a light, clean, and crisp beer, similar to the lager, but made with a larger base of flaked corn traditional to a pilsner recipe rather than flaked rice as used in the lager. Good Help
American amber ale (also just referred to as red ale) recipe. This beer is for the Malt heads. Amber in color with hints of malt and bread on the nose. Roasty with some sweetness is what you should expect to taste derived from the Crystal & Victory malts. This has been a solid go-to for someone wanting a craft beer, but nothing too hoppy and nothing like a Bud Light. 6% ABV 30 IBU
Available in 12oz 6-packs as production allows

It’s All Downhill From Here
American milk stout brewed with a blend of Pale, Chocolate, & Coffee Malts. Added Lactose (milk) sugar to the boil to reduce any perceived bitterness. This beer is dark, roasty & chocolatey but still light in body and easy to drink. Should be our solo dark beer annual staple. 6% ABV 49 IBU
Available in 12oz 6-packs as production allows
